Shell

 

The shell of the steam corn flake, the protective cover plate and the front and rear upper and lower door plates are all made of
stainless steel, the whole plate is laser blanking, the machine and seat are designed in an integrated way, and the part
contacting the material is 304 stainless steels.

Roll

 

High nickel chromium molybdenum alloy roll, centrifugal composite casting, hardness HS75 ± 3, after dynamic balance inspection,
alloy layer thickness 30-35mm tons.

 

Hydraulic station

 

Energy-saving air-cooled hydraulic pump station, all control speed regulation and opening and closing rolls can be controlled
through the pump station.

Feeding

 

 

 

 

The NMRV worm gear reducer motor is used to drive the feeding roller to force feeding, so that the tooth roller can feed evenly,
continuously, stably and reliably. The opening and closing of the stop valve are controlled hydraulically or pneumatically. The
opening of the stop valve can be adjusted at will according to the processing output.
