Introduction:
 Wood carbonization equipment is a special equipment for ultra-high temperature heat treatment or thermal modification of wood. It has low energy consumption, simple operation, easy installation, debugging and maintenance, and long service life.

Wood carbonization equipment can generally be divided into two categories: kiln-type carbonization equipment and tank-type carbonization equipment.

The carbonized wood produced by the wood carbonization equipment can be used for outdoor decoration, horticultural wood products, outdoor furniture, outdoor flooring,etc.

Working principle for this drying kiln:

Wood carbonization is to heat and treat wood at a temperature of 160~230°C (usually 180~212°C) to improve the quality of wood,reduce the hygroscopicity and water absorption of wood, and improve dimensional stability, biological corrosion resistance and weather resistance. The result is a wood product with excellent performance, attractive color and environmental friendliness.

1) Environmental protection and safety
Wood carbonization heat treatment is a pure physical technology, without adding any chemicals, carbonized wood is an environmentally friendly material. In addition, carbonization treatment can improve and improve the quality of fast-growing plantation wood, and can replace some high-quality natural forest wood. Therefore, carbonized wood has the significance of natural forest protection and environmental protection.
2) Enhanced moisture resistance
After the wood is carbonized, the hemicellulose with strong hygroscopicity is degraded, which reduces the hygroscopicity and water absorption of the wood. Under the same air condition, the moisture content of carbonized wood is much lower than that of conventional wood: in the rainy season in the south, the moisture content of carbonized wood used indoors is 7~8% lower, and that in the north is 3~5% lower.
