Introduction - Vertical Grain Dryer
1. The incoming materials enter the dryer through the elevator.
2. Batch loading of grain that can be carried, after the warehouse is full, the limit full grain meter sends back the full warehouse alarm signal, close the elevator grain input plug plate to stop loading.
3. Click the automatic drying button on the PLC smart panel, and the dryer will start the program according to the pre-set sequence and enter the drying working state.
4. Press the electronic start button of the heat source (only available when fuel oil or gas), and the hot air furnace begins to enter the combustion and heating state. Ensure that there is enough fuel to use.
When burning biomass pellets or coal and wood, the initial use of the furnace temperature will rise slowly, and the clean hot air generated will be brought into the dryer through the negative pressure fan for grain drying.
5. The grain is delivered by the elevator and circulates inside the dryer.
The dry hot clean air entering the dryer is transmitted through the corner box to exchange moisture and heat with the grain, and is converted into water vapor and discharged by the dehumidification fan.
6. Depending on the type of grain and the amount of moisture entering the machine, the drying time will also be different, and it will eventually dry to the required moisture and complete the drying.
7. There is a distributor on the top of the elevator. After the grain is dried, pull down the rope above the distributor, and the grain will be released along the discharge pipe on the top of the dryer, or fall into the vehicle to be directly taken away, or swing the grain discharge pipe to allow the grain to flow directly into the warehouse for storage.
8. When multiple machines are used in series, a reasonable solution will be provided according to the customer's terrain and on-site conditions, including the entire automated process of unloading pit, screening, centralized grain feeding, centralized grain release, and storage.
