Introduction of pellet packing machine:
ZCS serial quantitative packing machine is our new intelligent packing machine, This machine has the function of automatic weight, automatic transmission, automatic sealing and easy operating controlling system. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, fine appearance, stable operation, saving energy, easy to operating and precise weighting.
There are two types of pellet packing machine ---------heat sealing and sew sealing packing machines. We suggest that if nylon, linen, woven or paper bags, you can use sewing sealer, if plastic bags, can choose heat sealing one.
Working principle of pellet packing machine:
Pellet packaging machine can measure weight and pack bags automatically, there is weight sensor andadjustor on packing machine, when adjust weight into one stable number for example 15kg/bag, bags will fall down automatically when reaches 15kg and along heat sealing machine conveyor into sealing parts. But when bags fall down to bottom conveyor, needs one person to hand it to make sure it will not oblique and pour out pellets.
The system is applied to quantitative automatic weighing, filling, kneading, accumulating weigh and times, stiching and conveying with manual assistantfor powder material in the flour factory or other industry.
1. Take three speeds feeding to guarantee the precision at min weight and the speed at max weight.
2. The head of the bag stiching machine, conveyor, and hot sealing machine can rise and fall. And at the same time, the system is applied to sealing and convey with max and min bags.
3. There is shock-absorbing device in weighing system; It could avoid the shock other devices through floor and tube to affect the weighing system.
4. There is good seal in the system, and it has dust catcher and aspirator.
5. There is guide groves in conveyor roller and guide bars in conveyor belts to avoid cracks.
