Details Introduction : Production Step of Wood Pellet Production Line 

1. Hammer Mill / Wood Crusher 

-  Used to crushing wood/logs, wood chips, small wood branch, wood shaving, straw etc raw material into powder shape with 3-5mm size , then processing to wood pellets. 

2. Hot Air Flow Dryer 

-  Used to drying wet sawdust raw material, reduce the moisture content of raw material to 10%-15% from 30-40%.
 

3. Wood Pellet Machine 

- Used to processing dry wood sawdust raw material into wood pellets .
- Pellet  diameter: 6/8/10/12mm

- Pellet length: adjustable 

4. Pellet Cooler & Screen 

-  Used to cooling hot wood pellets to normal room temperature;
  
   Screening dust out pellets , keep pellet cleaning.
