Installation Instructions
(1) Get Ready:
Film-upper: worker, manually thread the film into and out of the film-upper device to clamp the film (only the first cycle of artificial film-upper, later equipment will automatically film-upper) , turn on the power: open the electrical control box, close the air switch, close the electronic control box with the key to open the key switch, start the operation staff according to the cargo situation to change the control panel top, bottom, the number of reciprocating parameters, etc. .
(2)Run:
Products through the existing transmission line and photoelectric switch to the winding machine (stop position controlled by the photoelectric switch)
(3) Changing the Film:
when a winding film is about to be used up need to shut down the power supply, replace the membrane manually and start from step one.
