Operating Principle

When mixing in a horizontal feed mixer, the Auger spiral blades move forward in a spiral situation from several directions inside the machine to the middle of the mixer. As the auger rotates, the auger moves on one side of the box, causing the accumulation on one side of the auger to reach a certain height and form a drop, thus falling freely and forming diffusion. The falling object and the object at the bottom of the box want to combine, to achieve the convection and extrusion of the mixed feed in the box, and fundamentally mix and permeate. The feed is continuously stirred with the auger in the horizontal feed mixing mixer, and it is constantly cut, softened and diffused in the mixing process, so that the feed is reasonably and evenly stirred together, and the feed is mixed to make the feed more fluffy, better taste and more nutritious.

Vertical TMR Feeder Mixer
Brief introduction
1)The machine is mainly composed of one or two augers. The spiral auger is divided into left and right rotations. During mixing and stirring, the material is simultaneously stirred and stirred at the middle position of the mixer from each direction of both ends of the box. Each spiral lead on the spiral body is equipped with a moving blade, and the fixed teeth on the center line of the feed mixer are used for cutting work.
