1. Product Description: 

Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for
Burning purposes. Wood pellet can be made from any type of agro-forestry waste.

3. Drying Process: 
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 14-16%. Our new Air-Current Rotary Dryer is made up of Burning Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can
Realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%, and save about 30% energy consumption

5. Cooling Process: 
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler
To reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store. 

But considering the feedback from some foreign clients, the local climate is very humidity; 
They hope to cool the wood pellet with moisture 7-8%. In order to satisfy the different need
From different clients, we develop one kind of new Stabilizer Combined Cooler. 

7. Packing Process: 
Package pellets product into bag, convenient for sale/transportation and stock.

-----The Capacity Range of Wood Pellet Machine: 0.5T/H; 0.8-1T/H; 1.5-2T/H; 2-3T; 3-4T/H. 

(2). What is your raw material? 

-----According to different raw material(such as hard wood, soft wood, straw, rice hust), capacity is different. 

(3). What is your raw material size? 

-----Best size for pressing high quality pellets is 3mm-5mm. 

(4). What is the moisture of your raw material? 

-----Better to be 10-15%. ( If large than this, then we will recommend your Dryer Machine)
