Hot Air Flow Pipe Wood Sawdust Dryer with Double Stove

Brief Introduction - Sawdust Dryer 
Drying is important before briquetting process. To get the superior quality of biomass briquettes with high density, it is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12% exactly. The selection of drying plant models depends on the original moisture content of raw materials. 
Wood dryer is suitable for drying materials like wood sawdust, wood shavings, rice hull, milling wheat straw, and corn stalks and so on.

Working principle - Wood Shaving Dryer 
The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. 
In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volume of hot air. The hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe; moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at the discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

1. Rational internal structure , high efficiency, and remarkable energy - saving . According to our inspecting result , the heat efficiency is about 85% more than traditional dryer.
2. Cylinder self- insulation thermal efficiency can reach to above 70% (traditional single cylinder dryer heat efficiency is only 35%), so it can improve thermal efficiency at least 35%.
3. Covers an area of 50% lower than single drum dryer, and civil work investment can reduce 50%, power consumption reduced by 40%. In addition, The external cylinder has higher heat preservation and heat insulation effect ,so outer tube surface temperature is near to room temperature, it will not only keeps high heat energy utilizing efficiency , but also can improve the working environment and conditions. 
4. It can easily adjust the final moisture according to client's requirement. 
5. Low outlet temperature, and long service time of dust collection system to keep clean working environment.
6. New-type driving system design. It adopt of tug wheel transmission without gear transmission. Motor adopts frequency controlling motor, and the rotating speed of cylinder could be adjustable according to the moisture, production capacity.
