Rotary Drum Dryer with Large Capacity 

The rotary dryer is composed of stove, main rotary body,
Screw conveyor, cyclone separator, air-lock, fan and matched pipes which can realize to reduce the moisture from 60%-10%
The heat generator combined fan is not included in our quotation, the moisture evaporating capacity of our rotary drum dryer from 250kg per hour to 3000kg per hour.

Features:
1. Air heating system is able to allow highly efficient removal of water from fresh harvested forage, and the maximum durability of dehydrated forage.

Features:
1. This machine is made up of body, knife roller; the upper/lower feed roller, conveyor belt and hydraulic system.
2. The machine adopts high strength steel plate welded together, is the supporting basis of the whole machine. Install two or three, four throwing knives in the knife roller. Using the fly-knife bolt specially manufactured to fix these fly-knives on the knife roller through the pressure block. According to different thickness of cutting materials, the upper feed roller can fluctuate within a certain range with the aid of hydraulic system. Qualified wood chips fall down through the sieve holes, and are discharged from the bottom; large wood chips will be cut within the machine.
3. Suitable raw materials: logs, wood barks, wood branches, waste wood from furniture and sawing plant, construction plate, waste pallets.
