Large Capacity Wood Ring Die Pellet Mill Used in Lagre Scale Production Line
Brief introduction:
Ring die mill to make pellets is designed more advanced and complex than flat die machine to make pellets.
There are also two main advantages of ring die granule machine.
A: ring die pellet mill generate less wear and tear when pelleting.
B: it is more energy efficient than the flat die pellet mill.
These advantages let ring die pellet machine adopt in most large scale pellet production lines. The ring die wood mill machine will be much easier to produce high quality pellets and high efficiency output.
The processing steps for making pellets:
Raw material----Crushing----Drying----Pellet making----Cooling----Packing
So, the related equipments you may need in the whole production line:

Raw material&Final pellet&Usage:
Sawdust ,wood logs, wood chips, waste wood, bark, straw , etc.
Note: The requests for raw material
The moisture should better be10%- 15%.
The size of raw material should better be 3mm-5mm to make the high quality pellets.
Final pellet size:
The diameter of final pellets are, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm. The length are adjustable. The most welcomed length is 30mm, or between 30-36mm.
