Brief introduction:
The ring die sawdust pellet machine is a new type of pellet mill, which can work alone or in a pellet production line.And because of its large output, it often used in the large pellet production line.
Working principle:
1. Firstly, the material is transferred into the conditioner by the moveable screw feeder.
2. Second, the conditioner can make different materials fully mixed. What's more, it can adjust the raw material moisture to ensure good-quality pellets.
3. Then the suitable raw material is sent to pelletizing chamber. When the roller is moving in the pelletizing chamber, it makes the raw material inletting the holes of ring die and form the pellets.
4. Several paring knives cut the pellets to size as they are extruded from the drum, after which they fall through the bottom discharge chute into a container ready for use.
Raw material:
This ring die wood pellet mill can processing sawdust ,wood logs, wood chips, waste wood, bark, straw ,wheat straw,rice husk, cottonstalk,coconut slag, sunflower stalk, olive slag, grassiness, bamboo, bagasse, paper,cassava, EFB, peanut shell ,corn cob, soybean stalk, wood branches, leaves and etc.
