Product Description
Our Biomass Briquette Machine is a reliable way to make profit from agro-forestry wastes. The machines can produce hollow hexagonal or quadrangular cylinder briquettes with different diameters from agro-forestry wastes, such as sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc.
Requirement of Raw Material:
1. Moisture: 8~12%
2. Size: ≤ 5mm
1. High capacity, low energy consumption
2. Automatic temperature control system.
3. Compact design and perfect package making transport and storage easily.
4. Diameter and shapes can be customized.
Final briquette:
Final Product size:
The out diameter of finished briquettes is 40-90mm.
The length of the finished product can be controlled and changed according to your requirements.
Usage for final wood briquette:
The briquettes can be used to heat boiler, fireplace etc., for warm in house. It can be used as charcoal powder briquette machine by replacement of some spare parts.
Spare parts have a certain of service life, so we need to change them at a certain time. Now we list the number of spare part needed within a year: 1 unit of Molding cylinder, 3 units of propeller, 3 units of heating collar and 3 units of Inner sleeve.
