High Efficiency Flat Die Biomass Sawdust Wood Pellet Mill
1. Introduction:
This system pellet machine is suitable for making biomass particles such as sawdust, rice husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, hulls, forestry wastes pellet, etc. It has been installed with the KAF gear reducer and electrical control box. It also can make the corn, oil cake for the feed stuff, which it could be feed pellets for the fish, chicken, animal, etc.
2. Descriptions:
1). Use Cold-pressing molding technology, polishing integer process.
2). High output, low consumption and noise, better stability and lower fault rates, improved Fatigue resistance, continuous production, economy and durability.
3). It adopts special high quality materials and advanced even shaft transmission, Key components are made of high quality alloy steel adds wear-resisting material, Using heat treatment, Service life can be extended 5-7 times.
3. Working principle
The raw material is under dried condition, which is compressed, and formed into small eraser-sized bits, the final pellets is clean, pleasant and smooth, and its density is more than 1.0 g/cm3.
Normally we have to stop the pellet machine to fill the grease into rollers manually when the machine works for every 2 hours, it is inconvenient for making Pellets constantly. So we have designed the auto lubrication system for all bearing of rollers to improve efficiency without stopping the machine, So far, we just use the auto lubrication system for model KAF 350,400,450, 550 pellet machine.
