C. Leabon drum type wood Chipper doesn't need to make foundation. This new humanized design saved many manpower and money for clients.
D.Leabon drum type wood Chipper Machine has knives grinder, which can grind knives newer after certain time, then your have no need to change knives often.
E.Drum type wood Chipper Machine has limit feeding door dimension. The largest diameter of our machine is 300mm. But length no limit, feeding speed can be adjusted. Certainly, if you have the specially requirement of the input diameter, we can also customize for you.
F.Leabon drum type wood Chipper Machine is made up of body, knife roller, the upper and lower feed roller, conveyor belt, hydraulic system.
Working Principle
It consists engine base, cutter roller, feeding roller, conveyor and hydraulic system and so on. The engine base is welded by high strength steel plate,It's the supporting base of the whole machine. On the cutter roller, there installs two or three flying cutter. Through the professional bolt, fixed the flying cutters on the roller.
According to the thickness of the raw materials, the feeding roller can moves up and down through the helping of hydraulic system. The satisfied chips can be discharged at the bottom of the machine through the screen.
The bigger chips will be cutted again in the chamber of machine.
