1. Introductions of Automatic Wood Pellet Line/Plant:
The Production Line mainly includes splitting, chipping, crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling and packing.

2. Introduction for wood pellet mill :

We have 2 types wood pellet mill for making wood pellet-------------Flat die and Ring die.

These 2 type pellet mill all can make wood pellets from sawdust ,wood logs, wood chips, waste wood, bark, straw ,wheat straw,rice husk,cottonstalk,coconut slag, sunflower stalk, olive slag, grassiness, bamboo, bagasse, paper,cassava, EFB, peanut shell ,corn cob, soybean stalk, wood branches, leaves and etc.
The final wood pellet size could be 6, 8, 10mm,etc. (Selectable), and pellet length could be33mm(Adjustable)

 
 


3. Applications:
The final wood pellet can be used to burn as fuel

4. Remarks of Wood Pellet Line:

Theoretically, the pelletizing process covers not only pelletization per se, but also materialpretreatment and post-treatment.

The whole process can be rougly boiled down to a line:
1) Wood Splitting
(If the diameter of logs is beyond the MAX feeding dia of wood chipper, pls split the log or wood first.
If wood logs, timber or lumber will be put into use, debarking shall be considered. )

2) Chipping
(if forest or wood material will be used, the previous step and this one shall be done. )

3) Pulverizing/crushing
(It is to reduce the size of material into qualified one, namely about 3mm or 4mm)

4) Sifting
(if some small sized material will be applied such as sawdust or rice husk, it shall be purified from metal scraps and other impurities. )

5) Drying
(commonly 12%-15% moisture content is needed. )

6) Pelletizing
The wood pellet machine can produce 6mm, 8mm, 10mm fuel pellets.

7) Cooling & screening
Cooler is to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.
