Packaging Action Process
(1) preparing the film:
Coating: the membrane will be put on the membrane and out of the membrane holder to clamp the membrane (only the first cycle of artificial coating, the equipment will be automatically coated) . Turn on the power: open the electrical control box, close the air switch, close the electrical control box staff according to the cargo situation change the top, bottom, the number of reciprocating and other parameters on the control panel, confirm and press the start button.
(2) Run
Products through the existing transmission line and photoelectric switch to the winding machine (stop position controlled by the photoelectric switch) , automatic start winding machine, tray rotation, film frame system began to rotate around the goods, at the same time film feed motor film, that is to pack the goods. After the packing is finished, the film holder stops at the original position, the automatic film-breaking system carries out automatic film-breaking and film-stroking and film-breaking processes on the goods, the automatic film-breaking system returns to the original position, and the roller conveying system starts after the packing process is finished, the product is automatically transported to the stop position (the stop position is controlled by the photoelectric switch) , thus completing a cycle, repeating the above action can be continuously packed.
(3) changing the film
when a winding film is about to be used up need to shut down the power supply, manually changing the film and from the beginning of the step.
