Introduction:
As wood pellets are used more and more in many countries, equipment for producing wood pellets is also in great demand. So, what machines will be need while production? I will tell you today:
1, You need machine to chang the size of raw material,If the raw material is big logs with diameter less than 300mm or big timber cutter, you can use our Wood Chipper and 9FH-Series Crusher/Hammer Mill to crush the raw material,let raw material become wood powder.
2,
You need dryer to reduce the moisture of wood powder.If the wood powder has too much moisture, it is not easy to form during the pelleting process, so there must be a drying step before pelleting. There are 2 type drying machine you can select in our company-pipe dryer and drum dryer.
3,You need a pellet making machine.This is the most important step in the whole product line. Using pellet making machine can make pellets from sawdust, rice husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, hulls, forestry wastes pellet, etc.

4,You need a cooling&screening machine.After the pelletizing, the temperature of wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of pellets is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.
But considering the feedback from some foreign clients, the local climate is very humidity; they prefer to cool the wood pellet with moisture 7-8%.
5, You need a packing machine to pack the wood pellets in bags.
6, You need conveyors to contact machines and electric control box to contral all machines.
