Mainly used to processing biomass raw material like wood,logs,wood chips, sawdust,straw,waste wood, rice husk etc into pellet as fuel for fireplace, power plant.The sawdust pellet production line includes:log debarker -chipper-dryer-sawdust pelletizer- count flow cooler-packer-electrical control cabinet,this is the most complete line production.
1.Log debarker: Wood Debarker: used to remove wood/logs peel.2.Wood chipper : Used to processing wood logs into wood chips.
3. Rotary Drum Sawdust Dryer : It is used to drying wet wood sawdust, reduce the humidity to 10-15% from 30-40%.
