4, The manipulator gripper uses a single gripper, made of aluminum alloy, and double-cylinder pressure bag, which has good anti-skid properties.
5, On-site cable trays are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or other materials with strong corrosion resistance.
6, The electrical protection is better than the required level: the motor is IP54, the field instrument and sensor are IP65, the control cabinet and the operation panel are IP54.
7, Equipment surface protection: electrostatic plastic spraying, coating thickness 80-90um
8, The photoelectric switch is selected from the Omron brand, and the solenoid valve, cylinder, and pneumatic speed control valve are selected from the Airtac brand.
