Control system:
PLC programmable control, winding layer number of times, ceiling
height, strengthening layer can be directly set on the panel. Only
photoelectricity switch detection, you can complete the entire
packaging process, automatic manual conversion at any time.
Film system:
Dynamic pre-stretching mechanism of membrane frame, pre-
stretching can reach 250% . The electronic constant tension controls
the rising and falling speed of the film frame, and the feeding speed is
adjustable. The winding numbers of the top and bottom of the film
system are separately adjustable
Roof covering system:
The pneumatic clamping is reliable; the rising process of the
covering film; the cutting process of the knife cutting the film; the
breaking process of the covering film is reciprocating each time; the
rising speed of the covering film is adjustable, and the translation
speed is adjustable; the width of the product can be identified
according to the width of the product, automatically segmented to set
the length of the broken film.
Turntable Drive:
Rotary speed 0 ~ 15rpm rotary speed variable frequency adjustable,
rotary table can be precisely positioned. After packing, the turntable
will reset automatically. The material is made of pure steel with high
abrasion resistance.
Installation Instructions
(1) Get Ready:
Film-upper: worker, manually thread the film into and out of the film-upper device to clamp the film (only the first cycle of artificial film-upper, later equipment will automatically film-upper) , turn on the power: open the electrical control box, close the air switch, close the electronic control box with the key to open the key switch, start the operation staff according to the cargo situation to change the control panel top, bottom, the number of reciprocating parameters, etc. .
(2)Run:
Products through the existing transmission line and photoelectric switch to the winding machine (stop position controlled by the photoelectric switch)
(3) Changing the Film:
when a winding film is about to be used up need to shut down the power supply, replace the membrane manually and start from step one.
