1,Crushing steps:
The main purpose of this step is changing the size of raw material. If the raw material is big logs with diameter less than 300mm or big timber cutter, you can use our Wood Chipper and 9FH-Series Crusher/Hammer Mill to crush the raw material,let raw material become wood powder.

2,Drying steps:
The main purpose of this step is reducing the moisture of wood powder.If the wood powder has too much moisture, it is not easy to form during the pelleting process, so there must be a drying step before pelleting. There are 2 type drying machine you can select in our company-pipe dryer and drum dryer.

3,Pellet making step:
This is the most important step in the whole product line. Using pellet making machine can make pellets from sawdust, rice husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, hulls, forestry wastes pellet, etc.

4,Cooling&Packing step:
Cooling is reducing the temperature of the pellets.
Packing is to package the pellets in bags like this:

5,Connecting device-Conveyor
Each machine can be connected by a conveyor to transport materials, so that all machines form a complete production line.
Production line:
The 1st production line is in Malaysia, customers can product 3-4 ton pellets per hour by using LH-508 pellet mill.
The 2ed production line is also in Malaysia, customers can product 8-9 ton pellets per hour by using LH-678 pellet mill.
The 3rd production line is in Indonesia, customers can product 15 ton pellets per hour by using LH-678 pellet mill.
The 4th production line is in Vietnam, customers can product 18 ton pellets per hour by using LH-768 pellet mill.
