Features for pet/fish food making line machine

1. With different moulds, the machine can produce different diameter food, such as 1.5mm, 2.5mm etc. So the food can meet different stage fish.
2. The floating fish feed pellet machine can make poultry-fodder, pet-fodder, as well as aquaculture-fodder and fishery feed.
3. It is mainly used to process the maize flour, soybean flour or compound powder, wheat bran into high grade aquatic feed
pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, dog,.cat etc.
4.According to customers' demand and production scale, floating fish feed machine includes two kinds: Dry type machine and Wet type machine.

 1-Crusher
This kind of hammer mill is widely used in farm, wood and feed factory, etc.
The raw materials can be kinds of grain, grass, even wood chips, wood branch, stalks, carton, waster paper etc. The final crushed material can be 3-8mm, which is suitable to make animal feed or biomass pellets.
2- Mixer
This mixer is suitable for concentrated feed, the full price of powdered feed mixing.
Specially designed nesting institutions open angle, rapid discharge, fast discharge, small residues. Double helix ribbon hybrid mixed in no dead ends, short cycle.

3-fish/pet feed pellet making machine
1. With different moulds, the machine can produce different diameter food, from 0.9mm to 10 mm. The food can meet different stage fish. The food can be floating 24hours.
2. Through the pretreatment of the feed, it can reduce loss of nutrition and advance the protein ratio. So the feed will be digested easily by animals. 3. The machine also make the sinking fish pellet and poultry feed pellet.
