Raw Material and Final Product

Production Line

1.Firstly,the wood chipper is used to cut the logs into wood chips.

2.Secondly,the dryer is used to reduse the moisture of wood chips to 8-12%,which is the best moisture for granulation.

3.Thirdly,the dried wood chips are put into a crusher and formed into a pulverized form.

4.Forthly,put the sawdust into the pellet machine gradually.

5.Fifth,after pelletized,the pellets are of high temperature that is not suitable for direct packing.So they should be cooled by pellet cooler.

6.Sixth,pellets can be packed with a pellet packing machine.

7.Seventh,the product can be sold after packaging.
