1. Introductions of Automatic Wood Pellet Line/Plant:
The Production Line mainly includes splitting, chipping, crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling and packing.


2. Working Principles:

1). Material come from belt conveyor and then into the storage, screw conveyor feed material automaticllly to the pellet forming chamber.

2). In the forming chamber, two gear and mold help to form and press pellet, Gear rotate to press pellet come out surround.

3). Automatic cutting machine arround the mold, which can cut pellet automaticly, it can also adjust the length of pellet.


3. Applications:
It is mainly used for making wood pellet by using agro-forestry residues, such as straw, cotton stalk, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo, empty fruit branch, pulverized coal and waste paper etc.
