Machine structure and principle
The structure of a machine is very simple, it can be divided into five parts: the body, the rotation, feeding, punching and conveying. These parts cooperate with each other, operate smoothly and steady.
1. The body part is composed of a plate and base. It formed machine frame.
2. Transmission parts: the motor, pulley, gear, transmission shaft and other components. The motor drives the gear shaft to rotate via the belt pulley, and by means of two gear drives the transmission shaft. At the same time, through a pair of bevel gears and a rotating shaft to drive the dial, with the dial turned to drive the four hole disc movement.
3. Feeding part: consisting of a rotating shaft, a hopper, and a stirrer.
