Product Description
Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for burning purposes.
Crushing Process:
Depending on the different input material, we fit out the suitable Crushing machines.
If the raw material is Straw Baler, we developed the Baler Crusher adopting the foreign advanced technology.
If the raw material is big logs with diameter less than 300mm or big timber cutter, our BX-Series Chipping and Crushing Machine is your best choices;
While SFSP-series Hammer Mill is widely used to crush each kind of straw, wood chip, tree branch, bark and leftover bits from agricultural wastes.
The best moisture content in the Crushing Process is less 20%, and the thickness of wood chip is less 5mm.
Drying Process:
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 14-16%. Our new Air-Current Rotary Dryer is made up of Burning Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%, and save about 30% energy consumption comparing the old Rotary Dryer. Our burning stove is fueled by coal and wood material, which can save electricity consumption largely. If the users want to use the other fuel such as gas and electricity, one Burner is necessary, but the extra cost will be charged.
PLC System on the moisture auto-control is optional for you.
Pelletizing Process:
1. Gearbox:
Driving with high-precision gears, Automatic Lubricant pump system keep the gearbox working stability and warranty period
2. Vertical motor:
The most characteristic is mounting hole with output shaft as the center, Equidistant distribution around, More powerful and stability of machine working
3. Blower system:
Located in one side of work bin, Free control the working time, The main function is dedusting and discharge steam
4. Working parts:
Ring-die and rollers materials are alloy steel, Heat treatment made by ourselves, Hardness more than 52, In this hardness can assure the pelleting quality and warranty time, Working manner is from inside to outside press, Centrifugal force and extrusion pressure together, Produced more capacity, At the same time assure hardness and density, The special design is 4 rollers working, Increase press rate then increase capacity, Ring-die is "vertical double-deck" structure, It can use one mould with same hole size for working life increased, Moreover it can use one mould with different hole size for saving the money for another size mould.
Cooling Process:
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.
But considering the feedback from some foreign clients, the local climate is very humidity; They hope to cool the wood pellet with moisture 7-8%. In order to satisfy the different need from different clients, we develop one kind of new Stabilizer Combined Cooler.
Packing Process:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.
