Introduction of drum bark chipper
Drum chipper is a big equipment which manufactures gross woods.
Drum tree bark chipper from the common drum chipper can be used in pulp and paper making plant, particleboard plant, wood pellets making plant and so on. And they are also the ideal and direct fuel for boilers or biomass boilers.
Structure of drum chipper:
The machine is made up of airframe, knife roller, and feed roller, conveyer belt, hydraulic system components and concrete-base.
Working principle:
It is the supporting base of the whole machine. On the cutter roller, there installs two or three flying cutter. Through the professoonal bolt, fixed the flying cutters on the roller.
According to the thickness of the raw materials, the feeding roller can moves up and down through the helping of hydraulic system. The satisfied chips can be discharged at the bottom of the machine through the screen. The bigger chips will be cutted again in the chamber of machine.
