The process for chicken feed pellet making line is as follow:
Hammer mill --- Feed mixer---Pellet Machine---Cooling---Pellet Crusher---Screening Machine---Packing Machine
1. HAMMER MILL:
1).Widely used in feed mills, food factories, livestock farms, etc;
2).Used for crushing various kinds of pellet raw materials such as corn, sorghum, wheat, bean, wood chip, etc; it's an ideal general type hammer mill;
3).Rotor has passed high precision balance test; small vibration and long service life
4).The hammer, screen and pin axle have gone through special heat treatment; they have a long service life and high crushing effect;
2.Feed Mixer:
1). Mixing machine suitable for mixing concentrated feed, kinds of grains powder, etc.
(2). Advantages of Special design with discharging door, quick dischange,less resides.
(3). There is a pipe with the mixer for adding liquid or oil before mixing.
3.Pellet mill:
a. It's widely used for pellet oflight substance,like wood chips,sawdust,straw,pasture,palm leaf and so on.
b. Adopt high-precision gear driven , advanced flexible coupling, for high productive efficiency .
c. Main driving adopt imported SKF ( NSK) bearing and NAK oil seal ,Siemens Motor.
d. Frequency converter control feeder flow, full stainless steel feeder, cover and chute .
e. Full stainless steel lengthened conditioner. Both paddle and shaft are made of stainless steel.
4.COOLER:
Pellet Cooling Machine
is a type of counterflow cooling machine. It is mainly used for cooling pellets in the pelleting section of particles in the factory.
The Pellets after cooling not only increased the hardness, but also can prevent mildew, they are also easy to transport and store
It is also applied to cool a variety of materials, such as pellets, extruded materials,expansion
materials, pressure-chip material, powder, etc, especially extruded materials, ex pansion materials.
5).The operating door has a self-locking mechanism, convenient, safe and reliable.
5.PELLET CRUSHER :
1) The feed crusher machine suitable for crushing large sized pellets into small size, the final size will be small animal or poultry feedings. Used for crushing all kinds of feed pellets with size of 0.6-1.5mm or 1-2.5mm.
(2) Adopt double rollers or tri rollers inner structure, then uniformly feed pellets you will get, the final size of feed pellets adjustable according to your requirement freely.
(3) With different rollers rotation speed, so that pellets could extrusion, cutting, avulsion between rollers. Then good results you will finally get.
(4) Unique feeding hopper with wayside device, which is protect feed by pass flow.
(5) The Machine with V narrow high strength Belt transmission, low noise, Steady running, reliable work, easy operation.
6.Vibration Sieve:
It is used for the final process of pelletizing stage in small and medium-scaled feed mills. The feed pellets, after being pelletized or crushed, will be shifted to extract qualified granular feed product. Unqualified large and small pellets and powder will be sifted out and return to pellet mill for pelletizing again.
It has many features such as simple structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance, low power consumption, low noise, good sealing, no pollution;
